Product Description
ORS Solar is a 100% solids polyurethane-urea hybrid coating. ORS Solar is an aromatic coating designed to be an elastomeric coating for all substrates, providing excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. With addition of the aluminized pigmentation, ORS was designed to be as resilient as traditional polyureas and reflect UV rays to help reduce the absorption into the applications' substrates.
ORS Solar combines the processing advantages of a polyurea with the economical performance of a polyurea coating.

Applications
ORS Solar can be built up to any thickness desired. A minimum of 60 mils is recommended, however our standard practice is 100 mils thick for exterior applications.

Use and Care
Owners should inspect seals and edges of of roof periodically. A simple visual inspection will suffice. Wash with non-abrasive household cleaners. Soap and water can be used and will clean roof sufficiently. If aluminized pigment is not used, the original topcoat can last up to 40 years dependent on conditions.
Transferable Warranty
Owner may transfer the lifetime warranty in case a new owner takes possession of a warrantied RV or Trailer. An inspection upon transfer is highly recommended to ensure there is not underlying issues that could effect the warranty transfer to a new owner.
Conditions Voiding the Warranty
- When the roof has been puposely modified to install a device to the roof that requires cutting or drilling into the roof and you have failed to have area resealed by Armor Tek.
- When the roof has been damaged by an accident such as a motor vehicle incident and you have failed to have area resealed by Armor Tek within one year from date of incident.
- When the roof has been serviced by unauthorized persons.
- Failure of coax rubber boots on TV antennas. Boot must be inspected and replaced if deteriorated.
- A/C gasket failure. A/C gaskets need to be inspected and replaced when needed.
- Cracked skylight above coating line.
- *Owner must provide original receipt and warranty for all claims.
